The only one of these that I really pine for are the drive-in movies. Miss them terribly. I've seen fewer and fewer drive-in restaurants too, but there happens to be one within a half-mile of where I used to work.
I actually remember the milkman coming too. I didn't realize that there were a few still around.

I thought the milkmen were long gone. When I first moved to Long Beach, CA there was a Drive-In theater. A few years later it was replaced by a Super Kmart. Malcolm still has a Drive-In where he resides. He's lucky!
