Excellent influences. There is a lot of commonality around the Afrosphere, with individual flava' still being visible and reflected in the blogging.

Nice list PJ. Lots of interesting choices. You know, even though I've listened to Gil Scott Heron for years, I've only recently begun to think of him as a writer/poet.

What a beautiful list and a good idea for a list. It must have been a fair bit of thinking and such to work on it. Thanks for sharing! I feel like going back to bed and reading...ah isn't reading amazing?

Exercise ferments the humors, casts them into their right channels, throws substandard redundancies, and helps nature in those hush-hush distributions, without which the body cannot subsist in its vigor, nor the man act with cheerfulness.

Have someone you can talk with about your juicing. Discover a relative, good friend or co-employee you could speak with relating to your juicing and healthful ideas you might have. Talk to them everyday or every week and so they may help keep you accountable and provide you ideas. The person you talk select needs to be somebody you are feeling at ease with.
